At LovariaJewelry, we are dedicated to crafting meaningful, high-quality jewelry to help you celebrate your most cherished moments. Because every piece is made-to-order and often personalized specifically for you, our return policy differs slightly from standard retail stores.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Our Guarantee) We stand behind the quality of our products 100%. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if we made an error in manufacturing (e.g., wrong item shipped or incorrect personalization), we will gladly send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • How to claim: Please email our support team at lovariajewelry.store@gmail.com with your Order Number and a clear photograph showing the defect or issue. We will process your replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.

2. Standard Returns & Buyer’s Remorse Because our items are printed and crafted specifically upon your order (made-to-order), we do not keep inventory. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for a "change of mind", "buyer's remorse", or if you accidentally ordered the wrong item/color/variant. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations Our production process is highly automated to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to our fulfillment center within a few hours.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, cancel your order, or modify the personalization, you must contact us at lovariajewelry.store@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order has entered the Production phase, we can no longer make changes or cancel it.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Lost in transit: If your package is lost by the carrier and the tracking has not updated for over 15 business days, we will send a free replacement.

  • Marked as "Delivered": If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered to the address provided, but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office or neighbors. We cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after delivery and will not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.

5. Returned to Sender / Invalid Address If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an insufficient, incorrect address provided at checkout, or if it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
