Thank you for choosing LovariaJewelry. We partner with high-quality jewelry manufacturers located in the USA to ensure your gifts are crafted to perfection and delivered as quickly as possible.
Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING TIME Because each piece of jewelry is made-to-order and personalized just for you, we require a few days to craft, assemble, and package your item before it is shipped.

Standard Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days.

Peak Holiday Seasons (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas): Processing times may extend up to 5 business days due to high demand.
2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES Once your order has been crafted and leaves our USA facility, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 2 - 5 business days (via USPS).

Canada: 5 - 10 business days.

UK, Australia, New Zealand, & Ireland: 7 - 15 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. ORDER TRACKING As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (International Orders) For orders shipped outside of the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your local government.

LovariaJewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is refused by the customer due to unpaid customs fees, we will not issue a refund.
5. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us at lovariajewelry.store@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order so we can correct it before it enters production. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
6. DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES While we strive for timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or customs processing. If your package is significantly delayed or presumed lost in transit (no tracking updates for over 15 business days), please contact our support team, and we will arrange a free replacement.
